Luncheon on the Hill SPAN USA honored Representative Jim Ramstad (R-MN) and Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) with the Allies for Action awards. Participants also were able to hear from another of the award's previous recipients, Senator Gordon Smith (R-OR). | ||
